When we received the trombone I was expecting a used horn. If it is used you could never tell. No scratches, no dents and polished. It was packed in such a way that told me the seller cared about their product and their customers. Would highly recommend this seller to anyone at anytime.

I had to have some repair work done on this trombone and the shopkeeper kept commenting on the poor quality of this trombone's materials, so much so it became annoying. So based on the shopkeeper's evaluation of the instrument I would recommend looking for an alternative, especially if you or your child are serious musicians. We had the option to rent a trombone and right now that is looking like it was the better alternative.
