Our daughter BEGGED for an ocarina after playing "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" on her Nintendo DSI, so I got her this one. It's made from high-quality, durable plastic, is a pleasing royal blue color, feels smooth in your hands, and has a nice tone. It comes with instructions and a music book with all the tunes Zelda fans will want to play. The Ocarina looks crazy-complicated to me, but our 10-year-old learned to play pretty quickly. I purchased this for my daughter who is a Zelda Nut!, she plays this thing daily, (outside) she has gotten very good at it, she plays by ear, and has included many other tunes....
I did not have High expectations about this being made of ABS plastic, but I am truly surprised! Well worth the $$$.
