I love it. It is a simple instrument to learn the basics. It is sturdy and requires no maintainence. The CD and booklet are designed for those without music experience. More songs would be nice, but there is enough to get started. This a not a professional instrument, but is an inexpensive introduction to native flute.

This flute surprised me. Even though it's made of plastic it has a good tone and plays well. I'm looking forward to learning enough to move on to a better one. I recommend this flute if you're interested in exploring native American flute music

As a native American myself I became interested in the flute after visiting the Cherokee National Holidays in Oklahoma. I just love the sounds. I purchased this flute to see if I could learn how to play and right away I found the flute simple and easy to learn. The sound isn't as good as a wooden flute but is a great beginner flute; very good value for the money. It would have been nice to have a video on how to play the flute, I learn much better by seeing than by listening. Bill
